Cardinal Newman Annual Fund
Support the Annual Fund at Cardinal Newman
Each year, we invite our school community to give to the Annual Fund—either as a one-time gift or a pledge over time. Tuition covers only 85% of the cost to educate each student; the remaining 15% comes from gifts like yours. We welcome gifts of any size, and encourage families to give according to their ability.
When we all give from the heart, we ensure every student benefits from a transformative Catholic, college-preparatory education. Every gift makes a difference
Giving Options:
- Pledges may be made for a single year or over the four years your student attends Cardinal Newman.
- Payments can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, or annually—whatever works best for your family.
- Credit card gifts are welcome (and may even earn you rewards points).
- Many employers offer corporate matching—an easy way to double or even triple the impact of your gift.

Day of Giving
As part of our Annual Fund program, Cardinal Newman holds an annual Day of Giving on October 9th to commemorate the feast day of our patron St. John Henry Newman. We kindly ask, that where possible, you make this year’s Annual Fund gift on or before this year’s annual Day of Giving.

Leave a Lasting Legacy
I grew up on Ursuline Road.
Our home at 139 Ursuline was lost in the October 2017 Tubbs fire, but I have wonderful memories of riding bikes and playing “ditch” all around the UHS/CNHS campus as a child in the 1970’s, long before my brothers and I attended school there.

Cardinal Newman High School, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, encourages donors to make tax-deductible gifts to the School in support of the School’s mission to educate students in the wholeness of body, mind and soul, consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, manifested by faith, leadership and service. The following policies govern acceptance of gifts to the School.
Cardinal Newman is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. Gifts to the school are tax-deductible. When you make a donation to the school, you will receive an official tax receipt in the mail. Tax ID# 94-1578925
