Parent Association

Parent Association Mission Statement 

The mission of the Cardinal Newman Parent Association is to produce events that will build community and underscore the overall school pursuit of developing the wholeness of mind, body, and soul through the teachings of Jesus Christ. The event chairperson(s) and committees will foster a sense of community through the involvement of parents, students, faculty, alumni, friends, and local businesses. We will strive to do this with Christian values of charity and respect for our fellow volunteers.

As the Cardinal Newman Parent Association works toward building a community within our school, there is always a need for creative and energetic parents to work on committees. Please contact any member of the Parent Association if you are interested in helping out. Some of the events that the Parent Association supports are:

  • Father / Son BBQ
  • Fun in the Fall
  • New Student Open House
  • Faculty/Staff Thanksgiving Luncheon
  • Father/Daughter Dinner Dance
  • Mother/Son Mass & Brunch
  • Mother/Daughter Brunch
  • Senior Boards (CBSL)
  • Senior Awards

Volunteer opportunities for these events are abundant so please join in the fun! The Parent Association is the best way to get to know the broadest base of CN families.
