CN CLASS OF 2026 GRAD NIGHT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

OBJECTIVE: To provide a fun, safe, sober, and drug-free night for the CN Class of 2026 to celebrate graduation.

REQUIREMENTS: Each participating student and a parent/guardian of each participating student shall sign the agreements: a) Code of Conduct Agreement and Release and Waiver of Liability Form, and b) Epicenter Waiver. No student will be admitted without the signed agreements on file.

ADMISSION AND DEPARTURES:
- Check-in will begin at 8:30 PM on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, at the front entrance of Epicenter (3215 Coffey Lane, Santa Rosa). The doors will be closed/locked by 9:00 PM SHARP, so please do not be late. We cannot accept any late arrivals after 9:00 PM.

- An attempt will be made to notify parents if any student for whom we have a signed form fails to check in for admission. Each participating student and the parents or guardians of each participating student agree that once checked in, the student shall remain at Grad Night until the conclusion at 2:00 AM on Sunday, May 24, 2026. In case of illness, the student will only be released to a parent or guardian.
- Although this is not required, we strongly encourage parents/guardians to pick up their student in the Epicenter parking lot at 2:00 AM.


PERSONAL PROPERTY: Students will have a secure, supervised area to store their personal belongings, monitored by Cardinal Newman parent volunteers. You are welcome—and encouraged—to bring items like phone chargers, comfortable clothes to change into, and extra shoes for activities.

Please note that food and beverages will be provided throughout the event, so there is no need to bring your own. All purses will be subject to a search.

ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, WEAPONS, AND DRUGS -- ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY:
- The use and/or possession of alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or drugs shall not be allowed at Grad Night. This policy applies to all students as well as to all other participants, parent volunteers, vendors, and contractors.
- Any person observed to be using alcohol, tobacco, or drugs, or believed to have been using alcohol or drugs at Grad Night, will be asked to leave Grad Night.

- Any student participant asked to leave Grad Night will be required to remain at the Epicenter until a parent/guardian can pick up the student. The student will not be allowed to return.

PARENT/GUARDIAN: As a parent/guardian of the above-named student, I have read and understand the CN Class of 2026 Grad Night Policies and Procedures. As a condition of my student’s participation at Grad Night, I agree to such policies and procedures and to the specified actions that will be taken if my student violates or does not fully comply with such policies and procedures. I consent to let the Grad Night Committee search any clothes or property my student desires to wear or take into Grad Night. I agree my student will remain at the Epicenter (starting at 8:30 PM after graduation, until Grad Night’s conclusion at 2:00 AM on Sunday, May 24, 2026.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The parent/guardian of the student participating in the CN Class of 2026 Grad Night do hereby fully and forever release the Grad Night Committee, each member thereof, each parent volunteer at Grad Night, and their respective agents, employees, contractors, vendors, and invitees, of and from an and all liability for injury/illness to person or property, however defined or denominated, arising out of or related to the student’s participation in Grad Night or from any act, omission, event, condition or other occurrence which occurs at Grad Night.
