Tuition & Other Costs
Tuition
Tuition for the academic year 2024-2025 is $21,800 per student.For newly enrolling students, a non-refundable electronic tuition deposit of $1,000 is due at registration, accompanied by a signed tuition agreement, and will be credited toward tuition. For families choosing installment payments, an additional $50 administration fee will be added to the required deposit.
International student tuition is $25,000 and payable in full at registration.
Billing and Payment
Cardinal Newman's student billing system is Blackbaud Tuition Management. Communication from BBTM to families is generally via email to the primary email address designated in the billing account, or by text message.
- Payment options are (1) in full in July, (2) half in July, half in December, or (3) 11-month installments from July through May. For the 11-month plan, automatic electronic forms of payment - bank account auto-debit or credit card - are required.
- Discounts of $300 annually apply to payment options (1) and (2).
- Installment plans are not available for international students; tuition is due in full at registration.
- The full balance of tuition must be paid by May of the current school year.

International Students
Cardinal Newman High School provides opportunities to students from other countries to prepare for college in the United States. Students from Austria, China, Denmark, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Italy, and Spain have enrolled for single years or for entire four-year college preparatory courses with plans to earn college degrees in the United States.
Tuition for International Students is $25,000, payable in full upon enrollment, and non-refundable. When accepted students provide documentation of funds sufficient to pay the tuition, other costs of attendance, and living arrangement support and expenses in the U.S, Cardinal Newman will supply a Form I-20 certifying eligibility for nonimmigrant student status.

Tuition Assistance
Our goal is to make a Catholic education affordable or accessible to everyone who is eligible for admission.
Inclusive Tuition
Tuition includes the cost of registration, parking, instructional subscriptions, testing, retreats, graduation, yearbook, athletic player fees, and most student activities.
Additional costs to families that are not included:
- Uniforms - $22-45 per article
- Food service - $8 average per meal
- Textbooks - $300-500 per year
- Dance costume fees - $250-300 per year
- Prom and Homecoming dance tickets and miscellaneous student activities
- Athletic spirit wear - $100-200 average per year
- Field trips
- Summer program and Summer Sports program fees
