Complete Your Enrollment and Secure Your Place
at Cardinal Newman

  • Make Your Decision: Sign in to your Blackbaud Enrollment Portal. Once logged in, click the blue “Decision Available” banner. You must choose to accept or decline your offer of admission. When you accept, your Enrollment Agreement will be automatically generated.

  • Sign in to your Parent Portal: Access your electronic Enrollment Agreement through your parent portal in your Blackbaud Enrollment Management system account at cardinalnewman.myschoolapp.com.

  • Review and complete the Enrollment Agreement as soon as possible. Electronically signed agreements and deposit submissions are due by January 15, 2026.

    • Important Note: BOTH financially responsible parents/guardians must provide their signature on the Tuition Agreement.

  • Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year will be $24,300 and will include most student fees. To view a list of estimated costs, visit www.cardinalnewman.org/admissions/tuition-fees.

  • If you have applied for Tuition Assistance, you will receive your award status notification through your Blackbaud Financial Aid Management portal. To view your award letter, log in to your Blackbaud Financial Aid Management account, select “My Applications,” and click “View Communications” for the applicable year. There, you can review your award letter and click “Accept.” Your Tuition Management account will be updated in June, before the start of the July billing cycle.  Please remember to accept your award by January 15, 2026. After this date, we will no longer be able to issue the award.

  • Submit your tuition deposit.  Please be prepared to pay electronically, by credit card or bank account debit, your nonrefundable tuition deposit of $1,000 when you complete and submit your contract. Your enrollment cannot be completed without payment of the deposit.

  • Choose your tuition payment plan and method. Please also be prepared to create your automatic payment setup for your student billing account with your checking or credit card information. For those who choose the 11-month payment plan, there will be an additional $56 administrative fee.

    • Families who receive Tuition Assistance will see their awards reflected in their student billing accounts by June 2026.

    • Families with two households: For families who need to split their billing accounts 50-50, please remember to select “split” in your contract form. The first parent to complete the agreement will need to submit the full $1,000 deposit, which will be applied to that parent’s tuition balance.

    • Our billing cycle begins in July. Blackbaud will not email invoices or payment notices to families until June. Prepayments are welcome, but please check with the Finance Office for the correct amount first.

Course Registration Day: Class of 2030

Class of 2030 Course Registration Day: Saturday, April 25, 2026
Individual Appointments available from 9:00 am to 3:40 pm (20-minute time slots)

Who: New students and parents/guardians of the Class of 2030

What: Meet with the CNHS counseling team to select courses for the 2026-2027 school year

Where: CNHS Student Life Center

Freshman Course Registration involves meeting with a school official (counselor or administrator) to craft your academic courses. Your child will select from a variety of courses in each academic department, including their freshman elective. Because parents and guardians play an important role in deciding your child’s academic future, please plan to attend.

What to Do Before Registration Day:

  • This Registration Day is for incoming 9th grade students attending CNHS in the 2026-2027 school year.  We strongly encourage you to complete enrollment and submit your deposit prior to this date.
  • Review the course descriptions in the attached Course Catalog. One of the most important choices is the selection of an elective, so please read the choices carefully.
  • Link to register coming soon! When the link is live, it will allow you to select the time of your individual appointment on Saturday, April 25th.
  • Important note: Do not worry about availability – your course options will not be affected by the timing of your appointment, and there will be enough appointment slots to accommodate all incoming families.
